Low Carb Cheese Chips

If you are following a low fat diet…

this is not for you.

Low Carb dieters can get skinny fast…

substituting this fried cheese snack instead of potato chips.

  1. Lightly grease pan with olive or canola oil
  2. Set pan to medium-high heat.
  3. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded Jalapeno Jack, Cheddar, or Monterrey Jack cheese to the pan and spread out evenly.
  4. Fry the cheese till it’s crisp and brown.
  5. Flip carefully and brown the uncooked side.
  6. Drain cheese crisp on paper towels and allow to cool.
  7. Break into pieces and eat.

Addictive if you are a cheese lover like me!

1 gram of carbohydrates per servings (2).
