substituting this fried cheese snack instead of potato chips.
- Lightly grease pan with olive or canola oil
- Set pan to medium-high heat.
- Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded Jalapeno Jack, Cheddar, or Monterrey Jack cheese to the pan and spread out evenly.
- Fry the cheese till it’s crisp and brown.
- Flip carefully and brown the uncooked side.
- Drain cheese crisp on paper towels and allow to cool.
- Break into pieces and eat.
