Lemon Detox Diet | Use This to Get Skinny Fast

How to make the Lemon Detox Diet Drink.

I use this once in awhile, just to clean my system out.

I have never been able to do more than a day or two.  Check with your doc first.

Things You’ll Need:

  1. 8 oz of ice cold Water.
  2. 1/2 of a medium to large sized Lemon freshly squeezed.
  3. 2 tablespoons of 100% Pure Maple Syrup.
  4. A pinch of ground Cayenne Pepper or ground Ginger.
  5. Drinking Glass.
  6. Spoon.

Instructions

Step 1

Start off with a Glass of cold Water

Take your Drinking Glass and fill half way to the top with 4 oz of very cold Water.

Step 2

Add a half of freshly squeezed Lemon.

Take your fresh Lemon Half and squeeze the Juice into the Drinking Glass, making sure to leave out the Pulp and the Seeds.

Step 3

Add your Maple Syrup.

Add 2 tablespoons of Pure Maple Syrup.

Step 4

A dash of Cayenne Pepper.

Add just a pinch of your choice of Cayenne Pepper or Ground Ginger to your Drinking Glass.

Step 5

Take your Spoon and stir well.

Step 6

The tasty end result.

Add another 4 oz of cold Water to your Drinking Glass. Stir again.

Step 7

Keep track of how much you drink.

Drink this 8 oz Detox Drink a minimum of six to eight times a day for seven to fourteen days for maximum weight loss results.

I’ve made this tea by steeping fresh ginger, with the other ingredients except the lemon, to make a concentrate that lasts a few days. Just add 1/2 a lemon and hot water with each serving. I like to know the nutritional science behind the concoctions that are promoted. This is what I learned about this one. The lemon benefits bile formation, which is essential for optimal fat metabolism and helps regenerate the liver. It also promotes peristalsis, the movement in the bowels that keeps waste moving along the digestive tract and out of the body for elimination. The cayenne can reduce blood pressure as well as aid digestion. And the gingerroot boosts metabolism, helps reduce toxin buildup in fat cells, and supports bile flow. Your recipe is a winner!
