This free weight loss plan has been around for years, for good reasons. It has helped a lot of people lose weight and keep it off by focusing their meals around proteins and specific carbs.  This plan avoids starches and sugars.   • When you don’t have your sugar/carb boost you feel fatigued, light headed, sometimes even dizzy.
