Cellulite Essential Oils available here.

Increase your blood circulation

and you can manage weight gain and cellulite and get skinny fast. Healthy circulation is not just for skin. Healthier internal organs are a result of better circulation. This aids in metabolism and weight management.

Weight gain can be controlled

by increasing your activity which in turn increases the body’s circulation. Increasing circulation helps burn off extra pounds and creates a more vibrant alive skin. Weight gain shows up in the skin as a dull pallor, so rev up the vibes and create that healthy glow that comes from better circulation and the thrill of losing extra pounds to get thin fast.

Cellulite Body Wrap

This has been used by many International Flight Attendants for years. Why pay about $100 for a body wrap, when you can easily make this at home for less than $10 dollars. This is not just for women, by the way. Very beneficial for men wanting to tone up and accelerate their weight loss as well.

Ingredients Needed:You can find these online or at a local alternative health store, Trader Joes, Whole foods, The Body Shop, etc.

Plastic cellophane wrap. Cut roll in half or thirds to make it easier to wrap around areas of cellulite.

2 cups of almond oil

8 drops of grapefruit essential oil

2 drops each of thyme, fennel, lavender, geranium, and juniper berry

Directions to get rid of Ugly Cellulite:

Find a room where you can increase the heat, like a bathroom, or small room or a corner by the fireplace.

Mix the almond oil with all essential oils

Exfoliate the skin using a dry brush, sisal fiber mitt, loofah, etc.

Stand in the shower or bathtub, or on a towel, and work the oil mixture generously into the skin on your arms, legs and torso. Avoid the face and neck.

Wrap your legs in cellophane begin at the toes and work up to the thighs. It is easier to cut cellophane roll in half. Wrap snugly but don’t cut off circulation.

Wrap your arms beginning at the hands up to the upper arms.

Now time to wrap the torso.

Relax in a warm room for 20 minutes. Wrap yourself up in a towel and or blanket. You will want to let the heat of your body and the warm outside heat to allow the essential oils to work their magic.

Remove cellophane wrap and shower first with warm water, then finish with cool water.

Pat skin dry and enjoy the great feeling

I got an intuitive flash that Olympic Speed Skater Apolo Ohno would not finish the 500 meter race in the 2010 Olympics due to a wipe out. I thought Ohno would be the skater wiped out. The feeling was so strong that I sent a Tweet to Apolo: “Situational Awareness”. Was he able to read the Tweet before the race?

Accused of pushing the Canadian Francois-Louis Tremblay into a fall, Ohno was disqualified. What he did after the race qualifies him for the

LMSG Award: “Last Man Standing Gold Award”.

Apolo Ohno

made it clear in an interview that the 500 race would be crazy. He tried to relay his experience to the arm-chair community about the intricacies of speed skating in tight positions at 40 miles per hour.

The question is: did he truly push the Canadian, or was he instinctively protecting himself from being knocked down from an impeding slide by a skater who may have been starting to slip? It is hard to tell from the replayed footage that we have access to. The Canadian’s outside skate is not clearly in view. Only the skater knows for sure if he was starting to lose control. There is also the report that Ohno’s skate made contact. In true sportsmanship form, Ohno’s final evaluation was “I guess the judge saw something I didn’t.”

Did Canadian skater Hamelin cause South Korea’s Sung Si-bak to fall?

Hamelin’s right hand seems to catch Si-bak under his left balancing arm. Si-bak starts slipping and the Hamelin’s skate catches Sung Si-bak’s ice-hand, completely eliminating any chance of Si-bak’s recovery. That did not seem to be questioned by the officials. Perhaps it could have been.

The focus was on Ohno.

In multiple replays this writer did not see a straightening of Ohno’s elbow that would have clearly shown force. There was no flex of the wrist. The multiple events unfolded so quickly, the clock was ticking, the pressure was on for a decision. There had to be a fall guy, and we are not talking about the bodies on the ice.

It could not have happened to a nicer guy.

Though Ohno disagreed with the Canadian official’s call in a race that would most likely be better served if done over, he knows the game of his sport. If a skater falls, the last man standing is advanced, and Ohno prepared for that possibility.

In all honesty, what would anyone expect the Canadian official to call when it is so close and difficult to tell. When traveling at those speeds in an un-natural gravity defying lean, who could remember exactly what happened. The Canadian Official made his best judgement based on what he could see in the tape.

It is what Ohno did after finding out about his DQ that is impressive.

He shakes the winners’ hands, congratulating them. Imagine his thoughts: “Great Race!” There was no trash talk about his fellow Olympic competitors. That is class.

That is who Apolo Ohno is.

The challenge excites him. He savors the unpredictability by hanging back and waiting for mistakes. He has repeatedly stated “it is the journey that he will remember”. He will remember this race as one that lived up to his prediction as a crazy, exciting race. To hang back and not try to push the envelope would have been his failure. He did not fail. He did not disappoint. Apolo Ohno can mentally handle this DQ better than anyone.

It is positive attitude this Olympic Athlete exudes

that inspires objective thinking people and fosters respect from the speed skating community. That thought process is what inspires this writer who suffers from excruciating pain due to a back injury, to continue believing that recovery is possible.

Ohno inspires us

to visualize what it might feel like to slide around a turn with one hand skimming the ice for balance. He models respect for the accomplishment of Gold Medalist, Canadian Charles Hamelin; Silver Medalist, South Korean Sung Si-bak ; and yes, Bronze Medalist, Canada’s Francois-Louis Tremblay ( he did make the finals, after all).

Inspiration is gained from watching clips of hard work-outs, exciting race strategy, respect towards fellow competitors and dedication of the LMSG: Olympian Apolo Ohno.

‘Its not what you eat…its when you eat”.

That’s the diet philosophy of the creator, Jorge Cruize. The secret lies in eating the ‘right foods” every 3 hours to stabilize your blood sugar. By controlling your appetite with proper blood sugar levels, your moods are level and energy is boosted and lasts all day.

Timing is everything and not just for athletes. By using this method, not only are energy levels increased, but also alertness, muscle mass and belly fat is reduced.

Cortisol has been known to cause excess belly fat. Cortisol is created with stress. You can reduce this belly fat cortisol by 17% in as little as 2 weeks.

Size of portion is important

but easier to adhere to when you know in three hours you get to eat something else. Thus you won’t feel like you are suffering and giving up foods you like.

What is a Super Bowl?

In the United States of America, there is a professional football championship game conducted by the National Football League between the champions of the National Football conference (NFC) and the American Football Conference (AFC). The winning team is awarded the Vince Lombardi Trophy and is declared the champions of the NFL.

How Many Times has Miami Hosted the Super Bowl?

Miami has previously hosted the Super Bowl 9 times, the last time was in 2007. The weather in Florida is certainly an advantage to the pick of hosting the big game. February 7, 2010 will mark the 10th Super Bowl that has been played in Miami — in 1968 (II), 1969 (III), 1971 (V), 1976 (X), 1979 (XIII), 1989 (XXIII), 1995 (XXIX), 1999 (XXXIII), 2007 (XLI) and 2010 (XLIV).

Has the Super Bowl been played in other locations in Florida?

Tampa hosted the 2009 Super Bowl. Tampa hosted the Super Bowl in 1984 (XVIII), 1991 (XXV), 2001 (XXXV) and 2009 (XLIII)

Jacksonville hosted the Super Bowl in 2005 (XXXIX).

What is the seating capacity for Dolphin Stadium?

75,540

What is the Name of the Super Bowl XLIV Stadium?

Dolphin Stadium was renamed Land Shark Stadium up until the 2009 NFL Season, through a sponsorship deal with Jimmy Buffet. The naming rights for the Pro Bowl or Super Bowl games scheduled for 2010 were not included in that sponsorship deal. This year’s Pro Bowl and Super Bowl naming rights were reached January 20, 2010 through a partnership between the Miami Dolphins and Sun Life Financial.

Start time is generally 0630 pm PST.

Football fans love the excuse to get together with friends. Tips for making a super party for 2010.

The top at-home party event of the year: Super Bowl Party

These American parties are not just a gathering of football fans. Some people attending these parties don’t care what happens in the “Big Game”. They do, however, love the excuse to get together with friends at the end of the very cold month of January. The Super Bowl has become a sort of announcement of the coming spring.

Here are tips for making a super party:

Best option: a buffet. Football Fans are not interested in a sit down dinner. They’d rather be jumping up and down Cruise Style, and letting off steam screaming at the television.

Set up a room with one large TV, use extra TV’s you have for kitchen, patio, or other areas you want the party to flow.

Have one room set aside without a television for guests who aren’t fanatical about the game and would like a place to talk. (This also keeps the football fanatics happy, so that they won’t miss the TV commentaries.)

Keep it simple. Keep it low carb with recipes in the Super Bowl Low Carb section.

Plan on plenty of beverages, and don’t forget the low calorie beer.

Decorate, think team colors, footballs, team jerseys, goal posts, and pennants. You don’t need to go crazy, the clear reception on your television is most important for this party.

Keep lots of rags, paper towels, napkins and rug cleaner handy for messes created during emotional plays.

Betting pools just might pop up during the game, so keep some small bills handy.

Traditional party food for the Super Bowl

Most Traditional Super Bowl Party food is carb and fat heavy such as chips, sour cream (such as the generations favorite-onion soup dip), chili, salsa, Buffalo wings, cheese balls, and of course pizza and beer. This is one of those events where Americans feel less guilty about eating their favorite foods.

Super Bowl Party with Delicious Low Carb Snacks

You don’t have to break the big-butt-bank to have a good time and enjoy good, filing, satisfying snacks during the Big Game party. Think proteins to keep the carbohydrate count low. Instead of chili, how about a spicy bowl of Moroccan chicken soup. It is hardy, tasty, can be made with any type of meat you desire. Or you can make it vegetarian. Or you could make Miami Meatballs, Goal Post Claim Chowder, or try some of the other Low Carb Recipes.

Increase Your Metabolism.

Increasing your metabolism is of enormous importance in being able to rapidly get skinny. Many people try to lose weight by starving themselves and working out. This is flat-out ignorant. The old saying that losing weight is as simple as burning more calories than you take in is completely wrong. You need to feed your body and eat more to lose weight!

If you never eat, your body tries to survive in starvation mode

…all the time, with little to no fuel. Then, when you do eat, you binge, and your body is thrown into chaos. Now, your body wants to burn up your food, but your body also knows it needs to be smart for your next ’starvation’. So, it’s completely confused.

Here is what you really need to do. EAT! Eat right away in the morning. And, eat 6 balanced meals a day. For each meal, eat a serving of lean protein, complex carbohydrates, and mono-unsaturated fats. Follow this diet plan, and you WILL get skinny in 10 days!

And, best of all,

you’ll be a lean, mean, fat burning machine,

…because your metabolism will be through the roof!
