- 8 ounces of soft, room temperature cream cheese
- 1/2 cup our cream
- 1 can crab meat, drained
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives (dried ok)
- 1-2 tablespoons of minced scallions or green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Cream cheese and sour cream together using a mixer at high speed until very smooth
- Set the beater to low speed and mix in the crab, horseradish, chives green onions mustard salt and peper
- chill for 1/2 hour
- serve with raw vegetables.
