Crab Skinny Dip

  • 8 ounces of soft, room temperature cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup our cream
  • 1 can crab meat, drained
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives (dried ok)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of minced scallions or green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  1. Cream cheese and sour cream together using a mixer at high speed until very smooth
  2. Set the beater to low speed and mix in the crab, horseradish, chives green onions mustard salt and peper
  3. chill for 1/2 hour
  4. serve with raw vegetables.

12 servings, 1 gram of carbohydrates and 5 grams of protein.
